Refinishing, your hardwood floor is a great way to update your décor without having to change the flooring itself. It is affordable and convenient. We offer two types of floor finishes. Oil base and water base both products are similar in durability and protection the biggest difference is in appearance. Each has its strengths and weaknesses. You need to decide which of the products characteristics fit your needs.
Oil Base Polyurethane:
It gives the floors a amber glow, honey color. It brings out the natural wood grain patterns. We offer you three coats of ABSCO oil base. ABSCO high solid content will beautify and protect your wood floors, providing years of enjoyment. It comes in satin, semi-gloss or high gloss.
Water -base polyurethane:
It gives the floors a clear color, and have low odor. Each coat dries in 1 hour, but it needs more coats. It is also more expensive.You may walk on the floors 4 hours after last coat is applied. We offer 4 coats of Bona Mega water-base. It also come in satin, semi-gloss and high gloss.We also offer you Bona traffic water-base which is formulated specifically for heavy-traffic commercial and residential hardwood floors.
Enhance the grain of the wood. Our high quality stains come in a variety of colors and shades. They are designed to penetrate and seal the hardwood, while adding luxurious color. We offer our customers a small stain sample on their existing floor the day we start sanding to be sure that's the color you want.

Solid Wood:
Flooring is one piece of wood from top to bottom. Solid flooring gives you a great opportunity for customization. There are o lot of species, (Red Oak, White Oak, Brazilian Cherry, Bamboo, Maple, Ash) Stains and finishes can be used with solid wood. I can be install anywhere in your home except in below grade level. Solid wood floors have to be installed over a sub-floor which is plywood a least 1/2" thick. They come in pre-finished or unfinished.
Pre-Finished:
Hardwood has a durable and consistent factory finish. No sanding or finish is needed which allows for quick installation, and eliminates the noise, odor, dust and depending on the size of the room it can be done in one day.
Unfinished:
Hardwood is the traditional style of flooring that requires sanding and finish or stain to complete the look of the floor. They allow for more options for color, stains and finishes.
Engineered Flooring:
Made up of several layers of thin soft plywood type of material, that is glued together, which made the wood very stable and strong. The top thicker layer of engineered flooring is the only real wood layer. This layer comes in many different wood types. It can be install in any room in your house.
Laminate Flooring:
The technology in construction of today's laminate flooring is so advance that most people can't tell the difference at first glance. Laminate floors use several materials such as resin, wood fiber, and Kraft paper compacted under pressure to create the final product. The flooring is made into planks. The surface of a laminate plank is actually an image, printed from film onto a thin decorative layer, which is then treated with a wear layer. Laminate floors are floating floors, meaning that they aren't attached to the subfloor which plank gets lock together. Laminate flooring is durable and long-lasting, less expensive than hardwood flooring, easy maintain and triple protection against wear, fading, and scratches.
